I am Benjamin Leib, a passionate chef originally from France, with 17 years of global culinary experience. My journey has taken me across the world, where I’ve mastered the art of blending diverse cultural flavors while delivering a five-star dining experience.
During my military service, I had the honor of serving as the personal chef to the Prime Minister of France, crafting exquisite meals under high-pressure conditions. More recently, I worked as a French chef consultant for a prestigious group of hotels in Thailand, catering to VIP clients and the Thai royal family with bespoke culinary creations.



My culinary philosophy is simple yet profound: respect the ingredients to unlock their true flavors. I first learned to cook at home with my Italian grandmother, whose love for food inspired me. I later honed my skills at the renowned culinary school in Avignon, Provence, France. My secret to exceptional cuisine lies in creating innovative recipes with familiar ingredients, always preserving their authentic taste.
